Use of your Personal Information

Intron Computers Web sites and their operational service partners collect and use your personal information to operate Intron Computers Web sites and deliver the services you have requested. Intron Computers sites also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from Intron Computers and its affiliates. Intron Computers may also contact you via surveys to conduct research about your opinion of current services or of potential new services that may be offered.

Intron Computers does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties. Intron Computers may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party. In addition, Intron Computers may share data with trusted partners to help us perform statistical analysis. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Intron Computers, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Intron Computers keeps track of the Web sites and pages our customers visit within Intron Computers, in order to determine what Intron Computers sites and services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within Intron Computers to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Intron Computers Web sites will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Intron Computers or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Intron Computers, an Intron Computers Web site; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Intron Computers, its web sites, or the public. WARRANTY

Every product we sell carries a minimum 1-year warranty.     

Complete systems carry full 1-year parts and labor warranty. The monitor is covered by the manufacture 3-year warranty.

No warranties on physically damaged items, which have cracks, missing pins, or burn marks. Any items damaged by power surges, floods, brownouts, blackouts, or other natural disasters are not covered by warranty. No refund or exchanges on processors that show burn marks or any other signs of damage.

If any products found to be abused, mishandled, modified, or altered in any way there warranties will be voided.  Removal or alteration of warranty sticker or serial number voids all warranties and will not be accepted for return.

The manufacturer covers all products shipped in retail boxes.

The warranty date begins on the original invoice date.

Intron Computers must receive the items warranted before the last day of the warranty period for warranty replacement.  (Top)  

ORDERING

We accept VISA, MasterCard without a surcharge.  All credit cards are verified.

The shipping addresses MUST be on file with your credit card company.

Most orders except systems are shipped within 1-3-business days.

Prices are set at the time of order, regardless of price fluctuations.

Orders can be shipped COD, prepaid by Money Order or Cashiers Check, or charged to your Credit Card. We ship via UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air and 3-Day Select. For COD orders we accepts Money Orders or Cashiers Checks. We also ship US Mail to APOs, FPOs, Alaska and Hawaii.  Our Shipping charges are calculated on size of product and destination. We are currently only shipping to the United States.

Customer is responsible for all freight charges on refused shipments plus a 25% restocking fee.

Indiana residents, please add 6.00% sales tax.

RECEIVING

Customer is expected to inspect all merchandise upon receipt and report any discrepancies within 24 hours. No claims can be made after that time.  For any shipping damage, customer must file a claim with their carrier immediately. All items are shipped insured, thus must be reported for coverage. (Top)

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Please email  the RMA Department rma@introncomputers.com for an RMA # before returning any product. RMA # is valid for 14 days. The pre-approved RMA # must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Return merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid and insured. Any returns shipped freight due or without a valid RMA # will be refused.

The following criteria will be followed in rejecting returns and refusing credit:

  • Products which are improperly packaged
  • Products returned to Intron Computers in non-qualified shipping container
  • Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering
  • Products with any standard certification labels removed (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code)
  • Products or packages with barcode label removed
  • Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on package or invoice (Intron Computers maintains serial number tracking)
  • DAMAGE: Cracked components or damage to any circuit boards
  • DAMAGE: Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse of base casting
  • DAMAGE: Torn or punctured tape seals
  • DAMAGE: Loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners
  • Product Categories: CPU’s, notebooks and other items so labeled with a security seal will not be accepted for return

 

All merchandise returns must be received within 30 days of the original invoice date for credit or replacement except CPUs, Motherboards and Memory, which must be received within 14 days of the original invoice date.  All returns must be in resalable condition and include all original documentation, packaging, and accessories as well as a copy of the original invoice. No credit will be issued if the manufacturer box has been damaged in any way i.e., taped up or written on etc. There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returns except defective products.

 

RMA's will be shipped back to customers via FedEx ground delivery. Express shipments will be at the customer’s expense. Credit for returned merchandise will be based on the current selling price or the original invoice price whichever is lower. Merchandise returned, found not to be defective, will be returned to the customer. A service charge of $25 as well as any applicable return shipping charges will be due upon receipt. All refunds or credits will either be placed back on the purchaser's credit card, or in the form of a company check. Up to 30 business days may be required for refunds. Shipping and box charges are not refundable. We cross ship only if we have a valid credit card on file. Custom-built systems are subject to a 25% cancellation fee after 24 hours. (Top)
